Description

Me cosplaying Annie Leonhardt from Attack on Titan
Weee, I love this series to much. And I can't help but love Annie as well.
She's just complicated enough to make things interesting and not completely predictable.

I do not take credits for the photo, my wonderful friend took it(and many others). I was only
the model. This was taken at the Game Expo in Norway a few months ago, I remember having
so much fun with her that day!

I've looked through a lot of Annie cosplay's and I have to say this is my favorite one and probably one of the best ones on the internet. A few things that I want to point out are posture, hair, scenery, clothing, facial expression, and makeup. To me a lot of Annie cosplays are just too much. The posture is over used or too dramatic, the makeup looks nice but is too much, and the scenery is 98% of the time the same.

The reason why I like your Annie cosplay is because it's original, simple, and really captures Annie's character.
The makeup looks neat and simple, your facial expression is normal relaxed and the small smirk is a plus, for this scenery your jacket and makeup is perfect because they are clean and fit for a urban shot, the lighting and shadowing is really good too. Your hair is something that also stands out, it doesn't look like you're wearing a wig rather that it's natural hair and if it's natural hair that's even better! Another thing is your posture, it's really simple and something that really suits the character (it might just be me from seeing so many "action" shots of other Annie cosplayers), if she was real this would be a very believable pose.

It's like a breath of fresh air.

Excellent job on this cosplay, it is one of the few cosplays that shouldn't be overlooked by Annie fans.
